Infection Control/COVID-19 Assessments & Reports 

Our Partners are experts in Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC). We conduct an on-site assessment of your practice, complete with recommendations to ensure Compliance with IPAC Standards.


Available services also include a review of IPAC policies, procedures, reprocessing and sterilization protocols.


Action Plans & Policy Manuals

To ensure ongoing quality and compliance with Standards and Legislative requirements, our Partners work with your team to devise an Action Plan to ensure sustainability within your practice.


This service includes the development, review and update of internal Policy and Procedure Manuals.

Bi-Annual and Annual package options are available to review and confirm ongoing compliance with Standards. 


Regulatory &
Compliance Education

Our Partners work with your team to ensure ongoing staff education and required certifications meet regulatory and program standards.

We provide educational workshops including Infection Control (IPAC), Program Standards, Regulatory Requirements for Regulated Clinics, and Opening/Renovating your health care practice.

Workshops can be customized for individual teams or management.


Designing or Renovating a Health Care Facility or Clinic

Contact our Partners/Specialists to find out how we can work with your contractors and design team to ensure CSA, Accessibility, and other regulatory requirements are met when designing your clinic. ​

Consultation is not solely focused on legislative requirements, but also staff needs and patient care standards to ensure an optimal patient care experience within your clinic.



Our Compliance Inspectors will visit your practice and complete an on-site assessment to ensure compliance with required standards. This service can be utilized for the preparation of upcoming regulatory inspections and/or routine maintenance of standards. A complete report of key findings and recommendations will be provided. 

Practice reviews and a Needs Assessment can be arranged to identify areas for improvement with your team.


Assurance Review

Our Partners ensure Compliance with Regulatory Policies, Procedures, and relevant Guidelines, applicable to your practice. 

Regulated clinics are required to meet annual Quality Assurance measures that are reviewed during routine assessments and inspections by Regulators.
